pertenece al Cant\u00f3n Tulc\u00e1n posee una superficie de 85.30 Km que constituye el 5.08% del total del Cant\u00f3n Tulc\u00e1n l\u00edmite fronterizo entre Ecuador y Colombia.<\/p>\n<p>Por la ubicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, es paso obligado tanto para los pobladores de Tulc\u00e1n, Cant\u00f3n Huaca, Cant\u00f3n Montufar, del interior del pa\u00eds y para los turistas de la vecina Rep\u00fablica de Colombia.<\/p>\n<p>La Parroquia de Julio Andrade se encuentra localizada de acuerdo a las siguientes coordenadas:<\/p>\n<p>0040 de latitud norte<\/p>\n<p>73 43 longitud oeste<\/p>\n<p>Altitud: 2950m sobre el nivel del mar, con variaciones desde 2327m.hasta 2929m.sobre el nivel del\u00a0 mar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.2.3 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Limites: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por el norte, se reconocer\u00e1n los antiguos linderos habidos entre la Parroquia de Huaca y los de la Parroquia de Urbina de San Miguel de Tulc\u00e1n;
